eXtended-Scripts FreeEdition License Agreement (FELA). Applicable for all users of the Community Edition.

eXtended-Scripts Trial License Agreement (TLA): Applicable or all users of trial versions of the different eXtended-Scripts commercial software Editions.

eXtended-Scripts End-User License Agreement (EULA): Applicable for all users that purchased eXtended-Scripts commercial software products.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL EXTENDED-SCRIPTS BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY USE OF THIS SITE, OR ON ANY OTHER HYPER LINKED WEB SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON YOUR INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE ARE EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
